JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active South Carolina Medical License required
Board Certification not required
Active DEA preferred
Outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine experience preferred
Fellowship required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients ages 12 and older
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Document patient encounters accurately within eClinicalWorks EMR
Work independently as the sole physician in the clinic
Collaborate with clinic support staff to ensure continuity of patient care
