The Position:

Our Client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team in Osage Beach or Camdenton Missouri caring for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role offers a four-day clinical schedule protected administrative time manageable patient volumes and AI-assisted documentation to reduce administrative burden.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200000 $220000 Base Salary Based on Experience
• Quarterly Quality Bonus $2500 $5000 Based on Tenure

  Requirements:

• Required: MD or DO
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Required: Missouri Medical License (or Eligible)
• Required: Active DEA License
• Required: Willingness to Provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT); Training Provided
• Required: Team-Oriented with a Commitment to Patient-Centered Care

  Responsibilities:

• Four Clinical Days Per Week with Eight Hours of Protected Administrative Time
• Average Patient Volume of 2224 Patients Per Day
• Shared 1:5 Telephone Call Rotation Triaged by Nursing Staff Before Reaching the Physician
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Family Medicine Services for Patients of All Ages
• Evaluate Diagnose and Treat Acute and Chronic Conditions; Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
• Order and Interpret Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing
• Coordinate Care with Specialists and Interdisciplinary Teams
• Document Care Using eClinicalWorks and AI-Assisted Documentation Tools
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives
