This position is located in Mountain Top Pennsylvania. This location has 1 physician and 1 APC. The office is open 8a-5p with call being rotated with other Physician and APCs including sister sites. Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new wellness/preventative for 46 and older child well visits TOC and medical clearance and 20 minutes for wellness visits for 45 and under return patients and acute visits.

In a Family Medicine career with LVHN youll experience:

• Family medicine physicians see patients of all ages from newborn to elder adults.

• We support in-office procedures womens health procedures and sports medicine procedures for those with interest and training.

• Flexible Monday Friday schedules

• Full time clinicians are scheduled for 36 patient care hours/week

• Call is shared with other practices in the region.

• Onsite and remote care team to support clinicians

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
