- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages including pediatric adult and geriatric populations.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension and asthma with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
- Address mental health concerns including anxiety depression and behavioral health issues within a primary care setting.
- Perform routine physical exams health screenings and minor procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and support staff to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
