CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patient-centered medical homes medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based SummaryThe Family Liaison is an individual who has the personal lived experience of being a family member of a person who is receiving or has received mental health and or substance abuse services in crisis and traditional treatment settings and has experienced their own personal recovery as a supportive family member. The Family Liaison uses their own personal experience and the resources provided by CBI to personalize care and assist clients and their families in understanding of services utilizing referrals and applying recommendations from other professionals and navigating current systems of care available in their diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or higher experience of being a family member of a person who is receiving mental health/substance abuse services and having worked on own familys recovery working with children and families in a community-based program preferred.
