Location: This is an on-site role based in our Seattle WA office. We are also open to qualified candidates interested in our San Diego CA office.

Note: Candidates must have 3 years of actual family law practice experience and be licensed in good standing in the applicable state where they will practice.

Job Description

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce child custody child support legal separation and related issues.
• Counsel clients through complex and sensitive legal matters with professionalism confidence and care.
• Draft prepare and file motions pleadings agreements and other family law documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each clients goals.
• Represent clients in court appearances hearings negotiations and depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients opposing counsel court personnel and internal team members.
• Move cases forward efficiently while delivering strong legal guidance and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of actual family law practice experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
• Experience handling divorce custody support and related family law matters.
• Strong motion practice legal writing negotiation and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently in a busy legal environment.
• Excellent communication client service and organizational skills.

• 5 to 8 years family law experience: $130000 to $165000
