Location: Naples Florida. This role is primarily on-site allowing you to work closely with our attorneys clients and support team. Limited remote flexibility may be available when appropriate.

Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar have 5 years of associate attorney experience including at least 2 years of family law experience and be comfortable independently managing their own cases.

Job Description

• Independently manage a caseload of divorce marital and family law matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Advise clients on divorce parenting and time-sharing support equitable distribution post-judgment matters and related family law issues.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery agreements and other substantive legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings depositions mediations negotiations and trials as needed.
• Develop case strategy negotiate resolutions and provide clear practical counsel throughout each matter.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong ownership of deadlines client communication and case progression.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 5 years of associate attorney experience.
• 2 years of directly relevant family law experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong legal writing advocacy negotiation organizational and communication skills.

• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 5 to 6 years: $110K to $120K; 7 to 9 years: $120K to $140K; 10 years: $140K to $160K. Client provided approximately $110K or higher depending on experience; individual bands are recruiter estimates.
