Family Assistant needed in Durham, NC

A wonderful loyal family in Durham is seeking a confident highly dependable Family Assistant/Family Manager to become a trusted long-term part of their household. The schedule is MondayFriday from 12:30 PM6:30 PM.

The family has three children including two high schoolers and one middle schooler. They are looking for someone professional punctual trustworthy discreet and comfortable working independently. Autonomy is incredibly importantthey want someone who will learn how their family operates and then confidently make decisions anticipate needs and help take responsibilities off Mom and Dads plates.

Responsibilities will include school pickups managing the family calendar grocery shopping errands package returns and mailing dry cleaning healthy meal planning and preparation laundry ironing light cleaning and maintaining their already organized and pristine home. A family vehicle will be provided for work-related driving.

The ideal candidate is polished organized proactive emotionally intelligent and able to read the room and know when to step in or give the family space. Native Spanish fluency and a willingness to speak Spanish with the children would be an amazing bonus.
