You will have the opportunity to:
Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic Store Leaders Associates and business partners.
Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking recruiting selection engagement and training activities.
Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient Customer-focused environment.
Motivate Associates to anticipate the Customers needs and exceed their expectations.
Identify business trends and opportunities monitor key metrics and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution.
Gain experience in merchandising through planning executing and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities.
Interns will be expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and maintain a flexible work schedule; including nights weekends and holidays.
Interested applicants must:
Be a current college junior senior or recent college graduate
