Job Summary
The factory/production laborer will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for assisting in the production process on multiple levels. This is a hands-on position in an industrial facility and will require basic factory labor ability.
Responsibilities include:

- Working in the production area as assigned which will include filling bags loading the products handling distribution of the product and warehouse inventory.
- Operating various production equipment such as packing and blending machines.
- Performing work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of production.
- Timely and reliable work attendance every day.
- Different shifts available with OT.
- Promotions and upward Mobility from within the company.
