Smoken Dakota Kennels is seeking a passionate hands-on leader to join our team as the Facility Manager of our South Campus.

This is not a desk job. Were looking for someone who leads from the front thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both dogs and their people.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

Leading and developing a team of pet care professionals

Maintaining high standards of customer service and guest care

Overseeing daily operations of boarding daycare grooming and Splash Bark activities

Managing staffing scheduling and team accountability

Ensuring safety cleanliness and operational excellence throughout the facility

Building relationships with clients and creating memorable experiences

What Were Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Experience leading teams and holding others accountable

Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes

Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require
