Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Implement facility market plan based on market conditions branch mission and financial/budget objectives
- Oversee facilitys blend management and production planning efforts
- Conduct research and analyze financial and market metrics as needed
- Perform credit investigations and analysis on new and existing accounts
- Work with outside vendors to identify and place orders for new product purchases per established policy
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Meet facility goals by training motivating mentoring and providing feedback to store employees
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Maintain branch inventory levels and conduct physical inventory reviews on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety loss prevention and security
- Maintain outstanding facility condition and visual merchandising standards
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as required
- Manage employee training development performance management and corrective action
- Determine staffing needs recruit and onboard new staff and manage facility work schedule
- Create schedules and monitor staffing
- Assist with daily bank deposits
- Assist in providing necessary input for development of annual budget
- Respond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints
- Support Sales Reps in developing and targeting new business
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9002 guidelines and requirements
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have a valid unrestricted Drivers License
- Must have at least three (3) years of work experience in manufacturing distribution or retail operations
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s) supervising others or leading teams
- Have at least four (4) years of work experience in manufacturing distribution or retail operations
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in leadership role(s) supervising others or leading teams
- Have at least one (1) year of experience as a Facility or Branch Operations Manager
- Have a bachelors degree or higher in Sales Marketing Management Business Operations Supply Chain or Engineering
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
