Job Responsibilities:
Performs inspections and testing on a wide variety of facility plumbing mechanical electrical heating and cooling systems.
Perform inspections and testing on a variety of fire protection and other life safety equipment including: Fire Extinguishers Fire Dampers Fire Doors Emergency Showers Emergency lighting Exit Signage and Egress Lighting.
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance inspections on a wide variety of building systems and facility equipment.
Assignments are semi-routine in nature.
Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.
Review and provide feedback for upcoming test requests/schedules on a regular basis.
Complete proper forms and documents in CMMS when necessary.
Update Compliance Folder and Compliance Engine as necessary.
Attend quality safety technical meetings and seminars as necessary.
Manage work in accordance of timeline goals.
Independently performs basic tasks as outlined by supervisor or others.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
Experience working with computers and various building control systems.
Experience related to the skills associated with building infrastructure systems.

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
