Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of multiple commercial warehouse facilities throughout Northwest Ohio. This is a field-based position requiring travel between facilities using a company-provided vehicle.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned maintenance professional with a strong background in commercial building maintenance excellent troubleshooting skills and a desire to grow into future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial warehouse facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve building maintenance issues including electrical plumbing HVAC doors lighting and general building systems.
• Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to management.
• Travel between multiple facilities throughout the Lima Tipp City Celina and surrounding Northwest Ohio areas.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Work overtime when business needs require.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial building or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining warehouse industrial or commercial properties is strongly preferred.
• Broad knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC mechanical systems and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license with a driving record that meets company motor vehicle standards (required).
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Comfortable traveling daily between multiple facilities using a company-provided truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks including climbing ladders kneeling bending and working in varying weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay: $28.00-32.000/hr
