Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a dependable hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership this role you you will perform preventative maintenance repairs and general upkeep to ensure our building remains safe clean and fully operational. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to build a long-term career with a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems including basic HVAC electrical plumbing and general maintenance issues
- Maintain clean safe and functional service departments showrooms offices and common areas
- Complete painting drywall repairs and other general building maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
- Maintain maintenance supplies equipment and work areas while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
- At least two years of facility maintenance building maintenance or general handyman experience required
- Must have commercial maintenance experience
- Experience performing light plumbing electrical and painting repairs required
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools building systems and repair techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid Nevada drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
