Facility Maintenance Mechanic

ABM is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic Technician to support operations at the Honda manufacturing facility in Lincoln Alabama. This role is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing facility systems and equipment to ensure safe efficient and continuous operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (nightshift 6am 6pm)

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems including mechanical HVAC and basic electrical components
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain and repair pumps motors conveyors compressors and other industrial equipment
Support building systems including plumbing lighting and general infrastructure
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in CMMS systems
Follow all safety protocols OSHA standards and company policies
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure production uptime
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting equipment
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (480V experience a plus)
• Experience with HVAC systems is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical manuals
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heights confined spaces etc.)

Schedule & Work Environment

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Work performed in an active automotive manufacturing facility
