We are accepting applications for a Facilities Worker III at our Technology Drive Campus.

Job Duties:

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties including snow removal
Inspect buildings grounds and other structures to detect needed repairs
Perform repairs such as changing light bulbs painting carpentry and other assignments
Maintain appropriate documentation through the work order system
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
Deliver supplies and orders to different areas of the college
Assist in monitoring HVAC system
Perform custodial duties including cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms classrooms eating areas offices and meeting rooms vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors trash removal dusting furniture and cleaning windows.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Experience with lawncare equipment hand tools and power tools is required.
