Job Summary

Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients staff and visitors. The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e. carpentry painting electrical plumbing equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients visitors and other staff members.
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
- Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- One to two years general maintenance experience required
- Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to read write and speak English
- Basic computer skills
License/Certifications Requirement:
- Valid Driver License required
Physical Requirements:
- Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
