Job Description

Mater Dei High School a Catholic co-educational college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Orangehas animmediateopening for an experienced Facilities Technician II.

This full-time non-exempt position will be responsible for a variety of duties related to overall facilities maintenance on a school campus. Daily event set up and tear down including lunch areas for the school. Work performed includes minor repairs set up and breakdown of campus events plumbing and painting. Responsibilities also include the upkeep of all assigned campus areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for staff students and visitors. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and close turnarounds while maintaining a positive attitude. Some work will be performed off campus and includes nights and weekends.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Previous school facilities experience is highly preferred.

Hourly Rate:$22-$32 based on experience.

Hours: Any of the following -

• Sunday and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Monday through Friday 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Must be willing to be flexible with shift hours.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
• Off-site events during the day and/or night as scheduled.
