This position is based onsite at our corporate headquarters in Irvine California. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Facilities Technician II is an advanced-level role responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Ingram Micro corporate officeconsisting of 180000 Square Feet across three mustensureacleansafe efficient and productive workplace environment. This role oversees vendor performance maintenance coordination and compliance activities while serving as the primary liaison between employeesandservice II employees work with a high degree of independence as well as withdepartment team members andcross-functionaldepartments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and employee requestsviaworkorder system.
Coordinateand supervisemaintenance and repair activities with landlords and third-party service providers.
Monitor facility conditions and ensuretimelyresolution of workplace issues.
Execute andhelprefine preventive maintenance processesto reduce downtime and improve asset lifespan.
Assistwithfacilitiesrelatedworkload planning vendormanagementand task prioritization.
Assist the Sr. Manager Facilities on projects.
VendorManagement &Project Support:
Manage relationships with janitorial security pest controlofficesservices and other workplace vendors.
Monitor vendor performance against service level expectations.
Coordinatevendor access and onsite activitiesand supervise contractors performing specialized maintenance repairs and construction.
CorporateCompliance:
Maintain compliance with applicable regulationscompanypoliciesand training.
Maintain complete andaccuraterecords of maintenance activitiesandinspections.
Responsible for management ofhazardous material and waste programs including collection identification segregation labelling storage measurement/weighing manifesting and disposalin accordance withapplicable federal state and local regulations.
What you bring to the role:
High school diploma or GED
1-3years of facilities maintenanceexperiencesupporting corporate office environments.
Knowledge of workplace safety and compliancerequirement.
Strong communicationcustomer service skills organizationskillsand teamplayer.
KnowledgeofHVAC plumbing electrical mechanical and control systems.
Ability to read and interpretfloor plansand technical manuals.
Experience using a CMMS (work order system).
Possess troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex building system issues.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work at heights onladders and in mechanical spaces.
Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
