Job Summary
Day Shift: Hours variable based on co-op hours to be determined with school.
Overview: As a Facilities Support Co-op for Merrill: A Keel Company you will be responsible for assisting maintenance staff with the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility and other miscellaneous general labor tasks.
Job Functions:
- Cleaning walls floors equipment and other areas of the facility.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining janitorial closest in a clean organized and safe manner.
- Disposing of waste sanitation of facilities and other related areas of the facilities and ground duties as assigned.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing sitting bending stooping and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without mechanical assistance.
Work Environment: Typical shop floor environment with some exposure to machinery fumes and debris from machining. Dirt and oil will be common.
