Job Summary
General Summary of Position:
Facilities Sr. Space Specialist sought by University of Massachusetts Lowell to maintain and update the universitys space inventory database with accurate room numbers square footage space uses departmental assignment and other related attributes.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must have Bachs Degree in Library/Information Science Architecture Engineering Information Systems Facilities Management or related field 5 yrs rel. exp & exp. w/ AutoCAD ESRI GIS software & knowledge of design construction practices
or
- Masters Library/Information Science Architecture Engineering Information Systems Facilities Management or related field & 2 yrs. of rel. exp. & exp. w/ AutoCAD ESRI GIS software & knowledge of design construction practices.
