Role:

The Facilities Site Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Nations Facilities HVAC and Mechanical systems. Oversees staff and contractors installing and maintaining building systems including Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Carpentry and HVAC. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance painting or carpentry projects. Additionally the Facilities Site Supervisor maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with the Nations policies and laws.

To qualify for this position applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:

Driving Requirements: Valid drivers license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nations insurance carrier.

Experience: Three years of management/supervisory experience. Four years HVAC Experience.

Education: High School Diploma/GED. Must possess or have the ability to acquire HVAC universal card/ CPO certifications within 1 year of hire
