Facilities Services Manager

We oversee and develop Apples global real estate portfolio lead all related capital construction projects provide outstanding facilities and site services lead sustainability initiatives including commute energy and waste management to reduce Apples environmental impact and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all personnel and customers within our facilities around the world. nWe are seeking an experienced collaborative and highly motivated facilities professional to join our team with an extraordinary customer service focus. You will have a strong emphasis on handling Facilities Services in a diversified portfolio. Ability to interact with Apple business functions and customers at all levels including management reporting.

The Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for a team of professionals responsible to provide Facilities Services in a portfolio that includes offices specialty spaces and collaboration spaces. Partnering with Apple LOB Places and nominated internal/external vendors/partners.n

The Services Manager will be responsible for the overall facilities across campus with hands-on provision of comprehensive FM Services. nWork side-by-side with Places partners such as: Facilities Building Managers Maintenance team Operations team Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) team Project Management Environmental Health and Safety Security ISu0026T People Business Partners and for vendor management program including expanded vendor network (if necessary) management and evaluation of services provided. Ensuring vendor compliance with agreed SLAs and important closely with Facilities team on operating and capital budgets forecast spend and report on accruals as consistency with adherence to the use of established protocols tools and processes with focus on strong alone or in a team setting for Places services presentations to internal evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline processes and elevate department brand.

8 years experience related to workplace management facilities services and customer knowledge and familiarity with Facilities Services building functions and operational contract and financial experience skilled in supporting developing and managing capital and operating budgets nExcellent leadership and supervisory skills including experience and ability to handle customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive managing specialty spaces including partnering with LOB providing facilities support for events special meetings and logistics to receive guests/ communication and presentation customer needs internally to continuously improve the customer experience through product and on tools such as Integrated Workplace Management Solutions service request management MacOS and iOS productivity ability to support tenant improvement projects as well as scheduled maintenance programs.

Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management Facilities Management or related field in facility/construction/project management experience within entertainment.
