Job Summary

Youll move through the facility ensuring building systems are safe reliable and compliant with local state and federal requirements. Your morning may begin by assisting maintenance with cleaning and de-greasing key equipment then shifting to hands-on utility support using scissor and articulating lifts. Throughout the day youll put hand tools to work for small mechanical fixes all while following lockout/tagout procedures and wearing the correct PPE. Youll often operate independently prioritizing tasks and documenting work as you go.
- Support facility upkeep to maintain safe compliant buildings and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning and de-greasing production equipment to improve performance.
- Operate scissor and articulating lifts to access elevated work areas.
- Use hand tools to perform light mechanical repairs and adjustments.
- Apply lockout/tagout instructions without exception to safeguard yourself and others.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision while wearing proper PPE at all times.
- Completion of pre-employment assessments (required).
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
