Facilities Project Coordinator Full-time Days

The Facilities Project Coordinator reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the parts and supply department.
• Bids out awards and oversees small contracted maintenance projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that the parts inventory is maintained and kept up to date.
• Oversees vendors on repairs to make sure that all work is done properly.
• Responsible for all parking lot maintenance and repairs including asphalt and stripping.
• Responsible for scheduling all roof inspections and making sure that all repairs are completed.
• Communicates with all members of the Maintenance department to ensure all supplies and tools are ordered in a timely manner.
• Keeps all storage and supply areas neat and organized.

Qualifications :

Required:

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of experience in areas such as plumbing carpentry electrical painting plastering hydraulics pneumatics and machine servicing or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret manuals blueprints diagrams written instructions schedules or technical bulletins.
• Must understand shop level math including concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions.
• Must be able to write reports with proper format punctuation spelling and grammar.
• Intermediate computer knowledge Microsoft Office; e-mail word and spreadsheets and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Must possess excellent customer relations skills and be able to communicate with patients and staff.

Preferred:

• 10 years experience in areas such as plumbing carpentry electrical painting plastering hydraulics pneumatics and machine servicing or equivalent.
