EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager(Data Center Facilities) to support contract operations for a missioncritical Intelligence Community customer in Pocatello Idaho. The Facilities Operations Manager ensures the safe reliable and efficient daily operation of the data center. This role oversees facility operations teams monitors critical systems manages incidentresponse and ensures adherence to operational standards and SLAs.

• Lead day-to-day operations of critical facility systems including electrical mechanical and monitoring systems.
• Manage operations staff shift schedules training programs and performance evaluations.
• Oversee incident management escalation procedures and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies SOPs MOPs and EOPs.
• Coordinate with engineering security and IT teams to maintain uptime and service quality.
• Track operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits compliance reviews and capacity planning activities.

• Must have a Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree in engineering facilities management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of industrial experience with five years at a Tier III data center supporting mission-critical operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS BMS and critical facility monitoring tools.
• Valid Drivers License
• US Citizen
