Facilities Maintenance Technician

Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course located in Seaside CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Record and log maintenance repairs and inspections
• Dig sweep shovel and pressure wash as needed
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting
• Perform general maintenance duties
• Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling erection leveling fitting and aligning operations
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects
• Install and make repairs to interior walls tile carpet and coverings made of various materials
• Install and make repairs to various hardware including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks
