Facilities Maintenance Technician

Ready to put your maintenance skills to work in a fast-paced highly regulated commercial environment Were looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems keeping equipment running and making an impact every day.

If you have experience in pharmaceutical biotech food manufacturing or another regulated industry along with a strong mechanical background wed love to hear from you.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems mechanical equipment power systems and building controls

• Complete general building maintenance including plumbing lighting repairs basic electrical work and carpentry

• Escort and coordinate vendors performing specialized maintenance and repairs

• Conduct facility inspections and proactively identify maintenance issues

• Move equipment furniture and materials as needed

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support a safe compliant facility

• Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings weekends and emergency response

• 5 years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience

• EPA certification required

• Experience in pharmaceutical biotech food manufacturing or another regulated environment preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC hydraulics plumbing and basic electrical systems

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting building equipment

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills

• High school diploma or GED required
