Job Summary:
Maintenance Technicians must have general maintenance skills necessary for repairs and preservation of historic buildings. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service a keen eye for details and focused problem solving.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: starting in early- to mid-September and ending in mid-October 2026 (dates vary by location)
Pay: $17.25/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours 5 days per week (may include weekends evenings and holidays)

- Perform routine maintenance repairs and tasks on historical buildings.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
- Provide with Professional Demeanor excellent customer service to our guests and staff.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices safety practices and policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in all guest-facing facility repairs (faucet leaks loose fixtures faulty windows and doors wall repair and paint).
- Effective communication with manager of needs when a repair is out of immediate ability to complete.
- Skillful with all common hand tools and power tools.
- Most locations may require Maintenance Associates to have a valid U.S. drivers license and clean driving record.
Experience:
- Hospitality Facility Maintenance preferred.
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor in a spring summer and fall in Glacier National Park
Physical Requirements include:
- Walk distances over uneven terrain climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
- Lift and carry a maximum of 51 pounds. Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies materials and equipment throughout the day.
- Bend stretch reach and crawl for extended periods of time.
- Working safely with required chemicals tools and equipment.
