This position works out of our Casa Grande Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What Youll Work On

As a key member of our team youll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by:

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems and equipment

• Troubleshooting and fixing plumbing issues (leaks fixtures piping)

• Handling basic electrical work (outlets switches lighting minor wiring)

• Completing drywall repairs patching and painting to keep the facility looking its best

• Supporting carpentry and light fabrication projects

• Assisting with installation and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure

• Responding quickly to maintenance requests and work orders

• Maintaining a clean organized and safety-focused work environment

• Partnering with vendors and contractors when needed

Youll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2 years of facilities maintenance or related experience preferred

• Working knowledge of plumbing basic electrical systems drywall repair and painting

• Basic fabrication skills (cutting assembling modifying materials)

• General knowledge of tools equipment and maintenance practices

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to lift carry and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs)

• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems (troubleshooting or light maintenance)

• Forklift or equipment operation experience (if applicable)

• Familiarity with Maximo or maintenance tracking systems

This is a Day shift opportunity Monday Friday; 7:00am 3:30pm
