JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Engineer will assist guests with maintenance or other requests identifying and correcting the problem.
Responsibilities also include performing various work order tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$18/hr. Biweekly (every two weeks)

SCHEDULE:
The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day seven days a week and 365 days of the year. All candidates must be available and are expected to work Texas A&M football game days Ring Days graduations and other high occupancy times due to special events. We strive hard to manage and minimalize overtime but it should and will be expected when business levels call for it.
Full-time: 30 hours per week depending on level of business forecasted
Days of week/weekend scheduled will vary depending on level of business forecasted.
Shift options: Primarily 3PM-11:30 PM Varying between AM and PM (projected 8 hours a day)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Resolves guests problems and handles all guest requests.
Identifies problems initiates work orders accomplished assigned work orders and does all necessary repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
Complete the duty rounds checklists report and correct noted problems.
Responsible for correct use of office equipment EMS system and Life Safety Systems (training provided).
Perform swimming pool chemical tests make corrections and have a working knowledge of pool equipment (training provided).
What are we looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Certified pool operator preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC electrical mechanical and plumbing blueprints.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
