This is dayshift position
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs facilities repairs as necessary
Schedule and communicate with contractors.
Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy
Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment
Works with CMMS system to create work request
Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
Must have basic math skills use a calculator and read a tape measure
Must have ability to use precision measuring tools.
HVAC a plus
Must have troubleshooting ability with facilities equipment. Backup
generators/overhead doors/plumbing
Experience with roofing concrete and some structural facets
Must have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
Familiar with electrical diagram
