Job Title: Facility Maintenance Associate
Lou Sobh Honda/Kia is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the business day. This position plays an important role in ensuring a clean professional and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday- Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (no overnight work)
Lou Sobh Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas offices restrooms and common areas
Restock restroom and coffee station supplies
Sweep mop vacuum and spot clean floors as needed
Empty trash throughout the dealership
Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees
Monitor facility cleanliness during business hours and address needs promptly
Requirements:
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
This position focuses on maintaining the dealership during daytime business hours.
