We develop and manage Apples global real estate portfolio lead all related capital construction projects provide outstanding facilities and site services develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities including commute and renewable energy programs and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel facilities and customers in our facilities around the Office Furniture Services (OFS) team is a specialized group that supports workspace planning and transformation through exceptional design installation and service of Apples modular furniture systems. As a Facilities Furniture Coordinator you will support and implement furniture design solutions across Apple facilities ensuring space efficiency functionality and visual harmony.
You will coordinate and manage furniture installation requests from start to finish. You will focus on the smooth execution of furniture installations by reviewing and processing furniture requests obtaining approvals coordinating parts allocation and ordering scheduling installations and ensuring all work is completed and properly closed out.n
Prepare work packets and warehouse pull with internal and external vendors to support timely and accurate project furniture installations with requestors installation crews and external labor hours and up on partial installations and outstanding budget tracking purchase order coordination and vendor ongoing communication with contractors clients and the team.
5 years of experience in furniture coordination or workplace work experience technical training or college-level using macOS and Microsoft Office with and knowledge of various modular furniture -level coursework technical training or equivalent work experience.
Attention to detail and problem-solving to communicate effectively and provide clear and accurate to manage time efficiently and to work under pressure in a demanding service skills.n
