Facilities & Equipment Reliability Technician (Ophthalmic Manufacturing)

• Prevent problems: perform scheduled PMs and keep lines running to meet production needs.
• Fix fast: troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and controls issues with urgency.
• Maintain the site: support plumbing HVAC electrical mechanical and basic PLC tasks.
• Rebuild with care: disassemble clean and reassemble equipment to spec.
• Dial it in: handle minor electronic repairs alignments and calibrations; verify daily setups.
• Make data work: enter/analyze maintenance information; manage PMs work orders and tool tracking in Megamations.
• Lift others: assist the maintenance team leader in training both maintenance and manufacturing associates.
• Elevate quality: partner with our Total Quality Facilitator on process improvements.
• Lead by example: be consistently punctual (including breaks/lunch) follow company policies and promote safetyespecially LockOut/TagOut.
• Pitch in: take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in automated lean manufacturing.
• Handson troubleshooting using electrical schematics multimeters and OEM manuals.
• Ability to resolve issues remotely with vendors contractors and suppliers.
• Basic PC literacy and solid math fundamentals.
• Mastery of safety procedures including LockOut/TagOut.
• Physical capability to lift 50100 lbs. stand/walk continuously and frequently lift from waist shoulder and overhead.

• Associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of related maintenance experience.
