Job Summary
The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds.
Pay Range: $12.00-$14.00 Depending on experience.
- Restroom maintenance and cleaning as well as keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue soap dispensers filled paper towels dispensers filled and all other restroom products stocked.
- Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler.
- Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
- Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping sweeping vacuuming and/or floor scrubber.
- Dusting shelves products etc.
- Replace light bulbs as necessary.
- Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
