Job Summary: Reporting to the Facilities Manger the Facilities Coordinator will assist in the planning organization and implementation of facility projects in accordance with the business plans for the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain facility projects as directed including but not limited to work orders maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of facility projects under the direction of the facilities management team
- Assist facilities management in strategic business development activities for company.
- Collaborate with facilities team and vendors
- Monitor and report on facility activities and provide relevant information to company management.
- Participate in meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the company.
- Obtain and manage documents invoices agreements work orders relations to facility projects.
- Interact with facilities team and other key stakeholders to help identify facility needed improvements.
- Assist with overcoming facility related obstacles and solving problems.
- Exhibit flexibility when work assignments need to be adjusted to meet service delivery and workloads of team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Remain proficient in computer program applications knowledge and skills.
Required skills and qualifications
- Facilities experiencepreferred
- Specialty Pharmacy or Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
- Experience with information technology a plus.
- Have a drive for results competitive spirit and self-accountability for achievement of company goals.
- Clear concise communication.
- Proven success across past career positions.
Physical Demands:
Required to stand walk sit talk and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close distance and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
