What this job involves
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our client WPP in the Detroit MI this
role you will directly support the Assistant Facilities Manager by monitoring the maintenance and
services of all facilities operations in the managed space. You will manage vendors to ensure work
is completed in a best in class manner meeting client KPI requirements. Also working out of a work
order system to manage client requests.
What is your day to day
Actively support an environment of teamwork cooperation performance excellence
and personal success.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office.
Respond to all work orders in a timely manner ensuring KPI compliance and excellent
customer service.
Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence making recom
mendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building pro
cedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a
safe workplace.
Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance minor works and other work re
quests tracking to completion.
Provide information and direction to vendors facilities staff and other service
providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with
minimal disruption.
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
Coordinate the delivery of site amenities which may include fitness food services
massage transportation support moves as required and act as the site key point of
contact.
Provide coordination and support events meeting and conference facilities as re
quired.
Other duties that may include but are not limited to reception and guest support mail
and courier services office supplies and equipment maintenance landlord relations
and management of building access passes safety and security support.
Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site/s in
cluding web pages where any other activities to support JLL and/or operations in
cluding but not limited to moves/reconfigurations events reception and building op
erations.
Maintain and propose emergency response plans including evacuation implementa
tion of after-hours emergency response and environmental health and safety.
Perform the Services after normal business hours and during weekends as necessary
or appropriate to provide perform and deliver the Services or as reasonably request
ed by WPP.
Participate in Employee training programs to improve skill levels and competencies
Manage workload in Corrigo
Manage Work to align with OpCo Budgets
Support OpCo in developing and executing facilities related cost savings measures to
reduce spending in accordance with OpCo Budget Challenges and JLL Committed
Glidepath.
Manage employee onboarding/offboarding process
Manage parking garag
