About The Role

• Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to TAE Facilities.
• Warehousing. Clearing out and consolidating items in the warehouse.
• Working with vendors to find the best solution for Disposing or Recycling of TAE Assets.
• Assist management in establishing and maintaining all equipment tools supplies in stock inventories and logs.
• Follow a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
• Communicate effectively to appropriate individual building status and changes.
• Adhere to all safety standards policies & procedures codes of conduct and best practices.
• Act in a professional and courteous manner always with co-workers vendors etc.
• Utilize materials supplies tools and other building property in a safe productive manner.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Ability to do building maintenance.

• Lifting/carrying heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Stooping/Bending
• Pushing/pulling/dragging heavy items
• Balancing in high places
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working in cramped places
• Working outside or underground

About You

• 5 years of related work experience and technical training.
• Class C Drivers License
• High school graduate or GED required technical school training in maintenance related courses is preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret design documents manufacturers specifications and written operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/co-worker relations.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack experience required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Capable of doing extensive walking climbing stairs and ladders lifting/carrying a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new job-related software such as inventory control and asset management programs.
• Have working knowledge of tools and their proper use.

At TAE Technologies we consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and job-related knowledge training; licenses and certifications and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non-Sr. Sr.). The compensation range for these roles are $35.00 - $40.00 an hour.
