Facilitator

Position Overview

We are seeking an engaging and skilled Facilitator to lead and coordinate job readiness and program-related workshops for our participants. You will create and deliver dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtual that empower job seekers to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers clients and participants
  
• Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
  
• Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
  
• Track workshop attendance
  
• Create monthly workshop calendar
  
• Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
  
• Recommend workshop content including improvements
  
• Participate in workshop content development as needed
  
• Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
  
• Facilitate assigned staff training
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

• High School diploma GED or High School Equivalency
  
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
  
• Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex Zoom etc.)
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  
• Bilingual a plus
