Fabricator Level 2

In this role you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by accurately fabricating components troubleshooting fabrication issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

• Perform intermediate fabrication tasks including cutting shaping assembling and other materials according to detailed blueprints and work orders.
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Inspect fabricated components and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting fabrication processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to perform intermediate fabrication tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong knowledge of operating fabrication machinery hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to inspect and ensure quality standards are met with attention to detail in identifying defects.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to support fabrication process improvements.
• Experience operating saws.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing role
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience with horizontal and vertical bearing press operation.
• Experience operating punch press equipment.
