Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm with overtime as needed by the business.
What you will do:
- Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions.
- Load unload position and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality.
- Verify correct part identification orientation and component usage before initiating welding operations.
- Monitor welding processes recognize abnormal conditions and perform basic equipment adjustments within established guidelines.
- Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality dimensional and production requirements.
- Identify communicate and help resolve weld defects material issues damaged parts and equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Follow all safety quality and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean organized and hazard-free work environment.
What you need:
Preferred
High School or GED
1 year of Fabrication Experience
Material Handling Experience
