Transform the everyday with us

We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor which must be flexible to work weekends holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth TX site.

Shift: 1st shift

Youll make a difference by:

Organizing monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Excellent organizational communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
