Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Fabrication Manager and Fabrication Leads to keep in-line with production schedules orders and efficiency of the fabrication department.
• Supervise the fabrication/production team with their usage of CNC Machinery.
• Calculate and determine the best raw materials to use within the facility.
• Supervise and maintain the flow of production from manufacturing to shipping.
• Train new hires.

Required work experience includes:

• 2 years of experience supervising a production staff within an industrial facility.
• Experience with managing up to 10 different product orders and reassign workloads depending on delivery schedules and equipment availability.
• Experience with Scheduling Order Management Improvement planning and the facilitation of Raw Materials.
• Understanding and utilizing MS Office (Excel WORD etc.)
