Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking motivated Fabrication Assemblers to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with handson construction framing fabrication or shop experience who want to grow their welding skills in a fastpaced industrial environment.

MIG Welding experience does not have to be extensive. We can provide brush-up and training!

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial components using hand tools power tools and fabrication equipment
• Perform MIG welding on structural parts frames and assemblies
• Read and interpret basic blueprints measurements and fabrication drawings
• Cut grind fit and prep materials for welding and assembly
• Work with a team to complete builds safely accurately and on schedule
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

Qualifications

• Handson experience in construction framing fabrication or mechanical assembly
• Basic MIG welding experience (we can help you grow your skill level)
• Ability to read measurements and use common shop tools
• Reliable safetyminded and able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
