Heres how a Fabrication and Design Scheduler for Nassal Construction Inc. within Nassal contributes to our team:
- Develop maintain and update fabrication design and production schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create and manage schedule logic activity sequencing WBS structures constraints and critical path analysis.
- Resource load schedules to forecast manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Partner with fabrication design and project teams to develop realistic schedules and recovery plans.
- Monitor schedule performance identify risks or delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform schedule updates progress tracking and forecasting to support project and operational leadership.
- Generate schedule reports manpower forecasts and schedule analyses for stakeholders.
- Support schedule impact assessments related to scope changes design revisions and production disruptions.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
- Experience with resource-loaded schedules and manpower forecasting is required.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling including logic ties float WBS activities lags and critical path analysis.
- Experience developing maintaining and updating project schedules.
- Ability to analyze schedule performance and identify risks constraints and recovery opportunities.
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction fabrication manufacturing or related industries preferred.
