We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Support Equipment Fleet Management this role you will serve as a primary focal point for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance and U.S. Government-owned assets within Pratt & Whitneys custody. As a highly visible member of the organization you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify prioritize and implement FIAR requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives regulatory standards and government property accountability requirements.

In partnership with Fleet Managers PSPs Warehouse Operations and cross-functional stakeholders the candidate will drive inventory accuracy audit readiness corrective action implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will also leverage data analytics reporting and system enhancements to improve asset visibility strengthen internal controls and reduce compliance risk.

What You Will Do:

The Support Equipment FIAR & Inventory Compliance Specialist provides analytical operational and compliance support to the Support Equipment Manager (M4). The specialist helps maintain accurate inventory records supports FIAR audit readiness activities and ensures consistent execution of Government Property Management requirements across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support FIAR compliance activities by ensuring adherence to Government Property Management requirements audit standards and internal control procedures.

• Perform detailed analysis of SAP SEAL and related enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies transactional errors and compliance gaps; document issues and support corrective action implementation.

• Monitor and prepare reports on FIAR performance metrics inventory accuracy indicators and audit readiness status for review by the M4 manager and other stakeholders.

• Support execution of Support Equipment inventory accountability and FIAR compliance tasks across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations ensuring consistent application of policies procedures and Government Property requirements.

• Maintain asset records functional locations equipment status updates serviceability data UNCO transactions and EDEL processes to ensure accurate system representation of Governmentowned property in the Global Spares Pool (GSP).

• Assist investigations into inventory variances audit findings and property management deficiencies; participate in root cause reviews and support closure of corrective and preventive actions.

• Contribute to FIARrelated projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen internal controls reduce compliance risk and enhance inventory visibility and accountability.

• Work effectively in a fastpaced environment supporting multiple priorities and responding to audit inquiries compliance questions and urgent inventory issues.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics operations management information systems data analytics or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management logistics supply chain operations government property management compliance audit support or related disciplines; or 3yrs of experience with an advanced degree.

• Experience supporting projects continuous improvement activities or crossfunctional teams.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. governmentissued security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience supporting FIAR initiatives Government Property Management or DoD compliance requirements.

• Working knowledge of SAP inventory material management or warehouse management modules (or similar ERP systems).

• Familiarity with inventory reconciliation physical inventory processes asset accountability and internal control practices across dispersed locations

• Knowledge of Support Equipment operations sustainment logistics or depotlevel maintenance environments.

• Experience analyzing data identifying discrepancies supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
