HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Collaborate with the team at Ramsay Kitchen learning about fine dining operations menu execution and delivering upscale service.
• Gain exposure to culinary operations at all venues observing food preparation and maintaining quality and consistency in menu items.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu analysis and contributing ideas for promotions or specials.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Currently enrolled in a program college or university pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Administration Tourism or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the hospitality team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fast paced high volume environment involving constant
• Must be able to stoop reach and bend as necessary.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to bend crouch kneel twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.
• This internship position is semester with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
