Your key responsibilities

As a Senior AssociateorConsultantin the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution Digital Infrastructure practice you willidentifyandanalyzethe clients most strategic AssociatesandConsultantsaregenerallyacontactpointfor our clients responsible for developing work plansdesigningand conducting analyses synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team AssociatesandConsultants work on a variety of client issues such as developing growth strategies for organizations performing due diligence on acquisition candidates assessing attractiveness of potential targets understanding new markets turning around underperforming institutions reducing operating costs and implementing change andhave the opportunity toassume immediate management responsibility.

While candidates would work primarily in Digital Infrastructure they would have the opportunity to work across sectors and practices within the broader Private Equity Practice Group.

Skills and attributes for success

• Perform secondary research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports market research reports news articles).

• Executing various analyses (e.g. customer segmentation market sizing competitor analysis macroeconomic forecasting) to support the strategic recommendations.

• Designing and executing in-depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders industryexpertsand customers.

• Analyzingbusiness plans and pro-forma financial models to helpidentifykey assumptions and drivers.

• Managing and directing the analytical efforts of junior team memberson a daily basis.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Outstanding academic performance with a bachelors degree and at least2yearsof related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately18monthsofrelatedwork experience.

• Experience in strategyconsulting private equity investment banking market research or a quantitative type of research function.

• Interest in telecommunications or digital infrastructure(including datacenters wireless infrastructure broadband infrastructure satellitecommunicationsandrelated industries)

• Ability to make detailed assessments of industry products marketscompetitorsand customers toidentifyrisks and opportunities.

• Proficient in the English language including the ability to listen understandreadand communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment.

• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.

• You must eitherresidein or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

• The ability and willingness to travel and workin excess ofstandard hours when necessary.

Ideally youwillalso have

• MBA or graduate degree with at least18 monthsof related work experience.

• A strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models as well as experience and/or knowledge within the digital infrastructure competitive eco-system and value chain.

• Excellent problem solving project managementfacilitationand interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of how toleveragefirm-approved AI tools in a business setting including Microsoft Copilot.
